MicroRNAs (miRNAs) are a class of non-coding small RNAs that are about 22 nucleotides in length and are involved in the post-transcriptional regulation of genes. Participate in multiple processes of life and have a close relationship with the development of cancer. Recent studies have found that some miRNAs are abnormally expressed in prostate cancer (PCa) tissues, indicating that miRNAs play an important role in the molecular mechanism of PCa pathogenesis. Serum miRNAs are expected to be potential molecular markers for the diagnosis of PCa with the continuous research of human serum / plasma miRNAs.
