企业政工队伍服务于经济建设,在理顺各种关系、化解各种矛盾方面,发挥了不可替代的作用。在世纪之交的历史条件下,实施可持续发展战略,迫切需要思想政治工作到位。但笔者在调查中发现,目前企业政工队伍的建设仍存在不尽人意之处,突出问题是人才队伍断层,致使思想政治工作出现盲点。笔者认为,建设一支跨世纪的政工队伍,应寻求和建立牢固稳定的“支撑点”。
The corporate political workforce serving the economic construction has played an irreplaceable role in straightening out various relations and resolving various contradictions. Under the historical conditions at the turn of the century, implementing the strategy of sustainable development urgently requires the ideological and political work in place. However, the author found during the investigation that there is still unsatisfactory progress in the construction of the contingent of political workers at present. The outstanding issue is the breakdown of the personnel team, which has led to the blind spot in ideological and political work. The author believes that to build a cross-century political contingent should seek and establish a firm and stable “support point.”
