住友金属工业公司和歌山钢厂现有四套小型烧结设备投产,但因其设备老化劳动生产率低,维修费高,加之2号烧结设备没有废热回收装置,能源费用也高。为了扭转这种局面,进行了如下改进: (1)为了提高产量,回收中压蒸汽,采用烧结带后半部冷却的方法。延长烧结机卸料侧的长度。采用现存的一台主抽风机,增设两台新循环风机。表1列出4号烧结设备改造前
