本文对我国汽车工业研究开发人员的现状进行了分析,分析了我国汽车工业研究人员的总量及其需求补充量。采用三种方案对我国汽车工业研究开发人员的培养规划进行了研究。研究结果表明,到2010年,我国汽车工业研究开发人员总数将达到12.4万人,密度为5.2％,达到目前先进发达国家汽车工业的水平。按本文高方案培养规划,到2010年,我国汽车工业研究开发人员的供需满足率可达到96.4％。
This paper analyzes the status quo of R & D personnel in China’s automobile industry and analyzes the total amount of R & D personnel in China’s automobile industry and the amount of their demand. Three programs are used to study the training plan of R & D personnel in China’s automobile industry. The results show that by 2010, the total number of R & D personnel in China’s automobile industry will reach 124,000 with a density of 5.2%, reaching the level of the automobile industry in the advanced developed countries at present. According to this high plan to train the plan, by 2010, China’s automotive industry research and development staff supply and demand satisfaction rate of 96.4%.
