为提高伊朗电力系统承担峰荷的容量，伊朗能源部决定扩建现有水电站。沙希德·阿巴斯帕水电站成为备选对象之一，对现有电站及扩建工程概况进行了详述，并提供了有关技术参数及性能指标。
Iranian Ministry of Energy decided to expand the existing hydropower station in order to increase the peak load capacity of Iran’s power system. Shaheed Abbaspa Hydropower Station has become one of the candidates for the project. It has described in detail the existing power stations and expansion projects and provided relevant technical parameters and performance indicators.
