党中央作出重要部署,确定2012年为基层组织建设年,中组部下发了关于在创先争优活动中开展基层组织建设年的《实施意见》,为基层党组织工作指明了前进方向。在推进基层组织建设年活动中,喀什葛尔饭店党支部紧密结合饭店组织建设实际,将抓基础、促提升、重落实“三位一体化”推进,有效增强了宾馆党组织建设年活动的针对性、实效性。近几年来,随着新疆旅游事业的大力发展,全区餐饮服务业企业增长较快,这一领域党员人数也不断增加,凸现了党员流动性大、教育管理难、作用发挥难等实际情况。新疆喀什葛尔饭店的党组织以创新管理模式、培育方式和活动载体等“三个创新”为重点,探索出一条餐饮服务业党组织和党员发挥作用的有效途径。
