1. Reducing wire coil spring Most of the suspension spring cars belong to the linear characteristics of the coil spring. Recently, the use of non-linear characteristics of different diameter wire coil spring (Figure 1) is increasingly widely used. Automotive suspension springs have a variety of functions that directly affect ride comfort, driving stability and vehicle attitude (vehicle height). The spring is subjected to the forces of varying sizes while the vehicle is running. Under such conditions of use, it is desirable to reduce changes in vehicle height and vehicle attitude, as well as changes in the resonance frequency that have a direct effect on ride comfort. The use of linear characteristics of the spring is sometimes difficult to achieve the above objectives, but requires the use of non-linear characteristics of the spring.
