鞍钢1780mm热轧1997年5月正式破土动工,到1999年5月土建工程基本结束,主轧线设备安装工作也于1999年5月底收尾,从1999年6月1日起主轧线设备全面进入单体调试。根据鞍钢公司的要求,鞍钢1780mm热轧工程轧钢时间从2000年2月1日提前到1999年11月1日。因此,该工程的调试计划要按新的工期安排进行修改和调整。目前,中外双方参与工程建设的技术人员和工人都在为实现新的调试计划目标努力工作,连续作战。我院承担的设计任务早在1998年12月底已经全部如期完成。
