经济增长速度与制度优劣程度之间不存在必然的对应联系,这可以从世界列强的崛起过程中得到充分的证明,并产生了无序式经济增长的一般特征。在当前中国社会,无序式经济增长表现在两方面:一是经济增长依靠粗放式投入,二是收入分配基于势力型博弈。无序式经济增长的“无序”是一种相对无序,经济增长速度与制度有序程度之间呈现出“倒U型”关系;无序式经济增长往往会受到自然的和社会的资源的制约,从而也潜伏着增长中断的危机。有鉴于此,中国社会经济的持续增长就面临着一个从粗放到集约、从无序到无序的转变过程,这也是一个社会制度逐渐完善的过程。
There is no necessary corresponding relationship between the speed of economic growth and the level of the system, which can be fully proved from the process of the rise of the world powers and has produced the general characteristics of the disorderly economic growth.
