1977年以来,我院恢复和健全了十年内乱期间废弛的三级检诊制度,即对于住院伤病员实行科主任、主治军医、经治军医三级检诊,对提高医疗质量效果很好。我们主要是抓了以下几点:一、新入院的伤病员的三级检诊。病情较轻的患者,由经治军医检诊(经治军医不在时先由值班军医初步检诊);主治军医在24小时内必须完成检诊;主任军医在24～36小时内亲临检诊。急诊、危重、疑难以及老弱、小儿伤病员入院,应立即实行三级检诊,进行必要的紧急处理,拟定和实施抢救方案,确定诊断和明确治疗方向。二、伤病员住院期间的三级检诊。对重症、疑难的伤病员,实行定期三级巡视查房;必要时随时检诊。对重大手术、重要脏
