“学困生”一般是指学习成绩差,自卑感重,自信心低落,精神萎靡的学生。老师往往只注意到“学困生”的缺点和不足之处,其实学困生并不是什么都差,他们都有共同的特征:一是基础知识差,二是思想素质差。这是他们在成长过程中形成了一个不自信的心理定势。而这其中教师有意无意的批评和同学的不认可就加快了这样的循环。那么辍学便成了他们唯一的选择。那么“学困生”的进步或成功的希望又怎能成为现实呢?在对学困生的教育中,应注重情感教育。
“Poor students ” generally refers to poor academic performance, inferiority complex, low self-confidence, apathetic students. Teachers often only notice the shortcomings and deficiencies of “students who are poor students”. In fact, poor students are not poor at all. They all share common features: First, they have poor basic knowledge; second, they have poor ideological qualities. This is the psychological process they formed in the process of growing up. And this one teacher’s unintentional intentional or unintentional criticism and students to speed up such a cycle. Dropping out of school has become their only option. So how can the hope of progress or success of “learning hardship” become a reality? In the education of poor students, emotional education should be emphasized.
