作为电焊钢管焊缝的质量保证装置,通常使用超声波探伤仪。近来,随着生产线FA化的发展,需要使用一种全自动化的超声波探伤装置。以便缩短工序转换工时并无需焊缝跟踪系统。由近藤广章等从新观点出发研制出一种电焊钢管焊缝探伤用多探针式焊接缺陷监视器材。试验表明:其探伤结果与通常的超声波探伤方法所得出结果完全一致,而且能够缩短工序转换工时,并不需经试件矫正和焊缝跟踪
