《幼儿园教育纲要》的思想品德部分明确地规定:要培养大班幼儿“能认真地,有始有终地做自己能做的事和为同伴、集体服务。”我们认为,通过值日劳动有利于培养幼儿这一良好的心理品质。这是因为: (一)值日劳动的结果显而易见。劳动态度是否认真直接关系到同伴和集体的利益。孩子们看到了由于自己认真作好三餐前的准备工作,小朋友就可以愉快地进餐;认真照顾好自然角,花儿开得茂盛,鱼儿游得欢腾,就能美化环境,增添生活情趣。这就使幼儿亲身感受到劳动的意义,以及自己
