建筑工程质量事故时有发生,造成了许多不应有的巨大损失。为了预防事故的发生,同时也为排除事故提供依据,有必要来探讨质量事故发生发展的规律。笔者对大量的工程事故进行调查分析发现,虽然事故的类型各有不同,但发生事故的原因有不少相同或相似之处,对这些引发事故的原因,必须有足够的认识。本文对造成各类质量事故的原因进行综合分析,以便引起工程技术管理人员的重视。1.事故原因概述1.1事故原因要素
