目的:研究TMU(TianjinMedicalUniversity)小黑鼠对60Co射线的敏感性。方法:将24只TMU小黑鼠随机分成3个剂量组(1000Rd,800Rd,600Rd),并在800Rd组设近交系TA2小鼠和远交系昆明种小鼠两个对照组,每组8只,雌雄各半,分别进行全身一次性60Co照射。以30d为限,观察动物存活情况。结果:1000Rd组,TMU小黑鼠平均存活675d,800Rd组,TMU小黑鼠、TA2雄性小鼠、TA2雌性小鼠以及昆明种小鼠平均存活时间分别为675d、900d、30d以上及1063d;600Rd组,TMU小黑鼠平均存活30d以上。结论:TMU小黑鼠对60Co射线的放射敏感性明显高于远交系昆明种小鼠,而与近交系TA2雄性小鼠相比较,则无明显差异。
Objective: To study the sensitivity of TMU (Tianjin Medical University) mice to 60Co radiation. Methods: Twenty-four TMU mice were randomly divided into three dose groups (1000Rd, 800Rd and 600Rd). In 800Rd group, two inbred TA2 mice and outbred Kunming mice were divided into two groups Only, male and female, respectively, a one-time whole body 60Co irradiation. To 30d limit, observe the survival of animals. Results: The average survival time of 1000Rd and TMU mice was 675 days. The average survival time of 800Rd, TMU mice, TA2 mice, TA2 mice and Kunming mice were 675 days and 900 days respectively, 30d and 1063d; 600Rd group, TMU mice survived more than 30d. Conclusion: The radiosensitivity of TMU mice to 60Co radiation is significantly higher than that of inbred Kunming mice, but there is no significant difference between TAU mice and TA2 male mice.
