如何在普通中学的教育工作中,帮助中下生克服自卑感和消极情绪,增强学习和人生的自信心,提高教育教学质量;这是一个引起广大教育工作者重视的问题。许多文章从各个方面对此提供了不少宝贵的经验和意见。自卑感产生的根本原因在于片面强调了自身的不利因素,使自我评价萎缩到实际能力以下。这里有本体和客体两方面的作用。学龄中晚期正是学生自我意识逐步形成并趋向稳定地强化的时期。笔者认为:注意研究中下生自我意识的特点和规律,对于正确诱导中下生克服自卑感,激发学习冲动,提高教育教学质量,会有很大的好处。
How to overcome the inferiority complex and negative emotions in middle and lower secondary schools, enhance the self-confidence of learning and life, and improve the quality of education and teaching in the education work of ordinary middle schools is a problem that has caused great attention of educators.
