我校为了进一步总结经验,改进工作,提高教育质量,于四月下旬组成两个检查组,分赴金乡、加祥、兖州等地的县、社医院,对七七级、七八级两届部分毕业生74人进行调查,调查结果表明,他们走向工作岗位后,接受实践检验,证明在校三年所接受的德智体方面的教育效果较好,在政治思想、基础理论、专业知识等方画,都取得了较好的成绩。但通过调查也反映出专业基本技能、实验技能,以及外语的阅读能力等方画有些不足。经过分析,认为存在以下问题:(一)我校是三年制医学专科学校,但学生在校期间要学完的专业内容与五年制本科相差无几,学生的学习负担过重,经
