班主任对班级的管理工作在班级的日常教学中起到了保障性的作用,它涉及到班级每一位学生的学习状况、心理发展情况、班级文化建设等。小学班主任的日常管理工作更加复杂、繁琐,这需要在班级管理过程中更加有耐心,充分考虑到小学生的心理接受能力,以“同理心”去处理班级管理工作。一、小学班主任班级管理工作的重要性班主任要真正认识到自己工作的重要性,在班级管理中采取新的模式、方法,以适应新课程改革的要求。
