一、系统简介 “多用户方式下的邮电支局多功能营业系统”(以下简称“营业系统”)是南京市邮政局设计所在1992年研制的“支局营业管理系统”(单机方式)基础上重新开发的科研项目。该系统的设计目标是在对邮电支局营业各种业务进行快速、规范处理的基础上进一步实现软、硬件资源共享,真正实现计算机对支局营业的综合管理。该系统业务功能齐全,支局的函、包、汇、国际、特快专递、大宗收寄等业务均可由微机进行处理。该系统一方面采用多用户技术将各台席终端联成一体,真正实现了综合台席多功能;另一方面可按支局的实际情况任意组合台席,完成特定的处理工作。同种业务在多个台席上使用统一的数据资源,各种业务间的切换和调度由系统统一支配。该系统已在南京市一支局成功地投产使用,1994年6月通过省局级鉴定被认为具有国内先进水平。
I. Introduction to the system The “multi-functional business system for postal and telecommunications branches under multi-user mode” (hereinafter referred to as the “business system”) was re-developed based on the “branch business management system” developed by Nanjing Post Office in 1992 Research projects. The goal of this system is to further realize the sharing of software and hardware resources based on the rapid and standardized handling of all kinds of business of the postal and telecommunications branch offices so as to truly realize the comprehensive management of the branch offices’ operation. The business functions of the system is complete, the bureau’s letters, packages, exchange, international, Speedpost, bulk send and receive business can be processed by the computer. The system uses multi-user technology on the one hand all the terminal terminals into one, the real multi-functional integrated table; the other hand, according to the actual situation of the branch office any combination table to complete the specific processing. The same kind of service uses a unified data resource on multiple seats, and the switching and scheduling of various services are controlled by the system uniformly. The system has been successfully put into operation in a branch in Nanjing City, in June 1994 through the provincial level appraisal is considered to have the domestic advanced level.
