电子资源已成为大学图书馆文献资源建设的重要组成部分,而电子资源采购合同作为规定数据库供应商与图书馆双方权利和义务的法律文件,具有重要作用。文章调研了现有中外文电子资源采购合同和招标采购合同的格式条款,分析其内容特性和差异性,并在此基础上对招标采购合同的格式和条款提出合理化建议,保障招标环境下高校电子资源的采购协议内容的完备性,保护高校师生对于资源的使用权益。
Electronic resources have become an important part of university library document resources construction.
