贵阳东景五星级酒店及办公楼综合项目由办公楼和酒店两个单体组成,两个单体通过高位钢连体结构相连,整体结构为复杂双塔连体超限的钢与混凝土混合结构。运用SATWE软件建立与实际情况相符的精确单体结构分析模型,对该结构进行动力特性分析、振型分解反应谱分析和弹性时程分析。针对连体结构的复杂性,利用ABAQUS软件建立整体模型,对结构进行弹塑性时程分析。分析表明,该结构在多遇及罕遇地震作用下,层间位移角和底部剪力等满足我国现行抗震规范的抗震设计标准;在罕遇地震作用下,连体与酒店之间滑移支座满足最大滑移量要求。

The analysis shows that under the action of rare and frequent earthquakes, the displacement angle and the bottom shear force of the structure meet the seismic design standards of the current anti-seismic codes in China. Under the action of rare earthquakes, the slippage between the Siamese Hotel and the hotel Block to meet the maximum slip requirements.
