交通部第三航务工程局的混凝土供应船是日本四国建机公司制造。该船配有引进美国专利的CM—450型混凝土连续搅拌机。此搅拌机由一个长1.8m的U型橡胶槽和一个螺旋推进的强制搅拌轴组成。U型槽上部由角钢固定,下部悬空。物料由胶带机送入U型槽的一端,在螺旋搅拌轴的推进下,从另一端出来时已成为塌落度为5~23cm的混凝土。该机最大特点是橡胶槽有柔性并富有弹性,而且耐磨性良好。该搅拌机已大修两次,换了两根搅拌轴,而U型槽仍无明显磨损,至今还在使用。也曾换过国产橡胶槽(仿造的),但不耐磨,达不到预期效果。
The concrete supply vessel of the Third Navigation Engineering Bureau of the Ministry of Communications is manufactured by Japan’s Four Nations Construction Machinery Corporation. The ship is equipped with the US patented CM-450 concrete continuous mixer. The mixer consists of a 1.8 m long U-shaped rubber tank and a spirally propelled forced stirring shaft. The upper part of U-shaped groove is fixed by angle steel and the lower part is suspended. The material is fed into one end of the U-shaped groove by a belt conveyor. Under the advancement of the spiral stirring shaft, it has become a concrete with a slump of 5-23 cm when it comes out of the other end. The biggest feature of this machine is that the rubber groove is flexible and elastic, and it has good wear resistance. The mixer has been overhauled twice and replaced with two agitator shafts, while the U-shaped groove still has no significant wear and is still in use today. It has also changed the domestic rubber tanks (counterfeit), but it is not wearable and does not achieve the desired effect.
