1978年自瑞典ASEA公司引进的双卷筒φ3.5m提升机,其SCR-D调速传动系统调速精度高,低速平稳可靠。制动系统由盘闸和液压站组成,运行中不参与调速,具有停车定位(工作制动)、安全制动和调绳制动等功能,并能够随运行状态自动工作。操作台上无制动手把,司机仅操作一支笔形控制器开车。该机紧停时,二级制动特性具有独特优点,在提升机安全可靠运行中起了很大作用。
1978 ASEA Sweden introduced double drum φ3.5m hoist, the SCR-D speed control system, high precision, low-speed smooth and reliable. The brake system is composed of pan gate and hydraulic station. The brake system is not involved in speed regulation during operation. It has the functions of parking position (working brake), safety brake and rope adjustment braking, and can work automatically with the running status. No brake lever on the console, the driver only operates a pen controller to drive. Tight stop the aircraft, the second-class braking characteristics have unique advantages in the hoist safe and reliable operation played a significant role.
