研发费是支撑科研工作必不可少的元素,是科研项目开展的重要前提条件。对于企业来说科研项目研发费是一笔不小的开支,当前企业面临的重要工作和企业科研管理部门备受考验的一项重大课题是如何加强对科研研发费的高效分配与管理。本文针对企业的科研项目研发费管理存在的主要问题,提出了优化措施。
R & D expenses are indispensable elements for supporting scientific research and an important prerequisite for scientific research projects. For enterprises, R & D expenses of scientific research projects are not a small expenditure. The important task currently facing enterprises and the major subject that has been tested by the enterprise scientific research departments are how to strengthen the efficient allocation and management of R & D expenses. In this paper, the main problems of R & D management of enterprises’ scientific research projects are proposed and the optimization measures are put forward.
