我国的医疗卫生方面的改革己经进行了二十余年,尽管在卫生技术等一系列方面取得了很大的进步,但医改中的新问题仍然不断出现,“看病贵、看病难”等问题依旧突出。医疗行业由政府主导还是由市场主导?相关争议仍然很大。本文主要从“市场失灵”理论来分析我国医疗体制改革,并提出相关建议。 China’s medical and health reform has been going on for more than 20 years. Although great progress has been made in a series of aspects such as health technology, new problems in medical reform continue to emerge. “It’s hard to see a doctor and see a doctor hard.” And other issues remain prominent. Medical-led by the government or by the market? Related controversy is still great. This article mainly analyzes the reform of China’s medical system from the theory of “market failure” and puts forward some suggestions.
