插齿是目前应用最广泛的内齿轮加工方法之一,尤其是内齿轮的加工,一般都采船插齿。插齿刀的设计质量不仅影响齿轮的加工质量,而且决定了刀具的耐用度和使用寿命。传统的插齿刀设计方法不仅计算工作量大、设计效率较低,而且往往不能获得最隹设计方案。本文提出了一种设计渐开线直齿内齿轮插齿刀的优化方法,并介绍了一个通用程序。借助计算机不但能使设计效率大大提高,而且可以得到一个某种意义上的最佳设计方案,从面提高了插齿刀的设计质量。
Gear tooth is one of the most widely used methods of internal gear machining, especially the internal gear processing, generally mining ship gear. Gear shaper design quality not only affects the quality of gear processing, but also determines the durability and service life of the tool. The traditional gear shaper design method not only computational workload, design efficiency is low, and often can not get the best design. This paper presents an optimization method for designing an involute spur gear internal gear gear shaper, and presents a general procedure. With the help of computer, not only the design efficiency can be greatly improved, but also a certain optimal design scheme can be obtained, which improves the design quality of the gear shaper.
