[本刊讯]1990年图书馆司工作计划要点已确定,主要包括:1.第4季度将以文化部名义召开全国公共图书馆为社会主义精神文明建设服务经验交流会.2.完成《公共图书馆条例》的送审稿起草;起草拟定《公共图书馆科技发展规划》、《古籍善本管理办法》、《省直辖市自治区及计划单列市图书馆创建文明图书馆实施细则》、《图书馆学科研成果奖励办法》等。3.继续举办图书馆服务宣传周活动。
The main points include: 1.
