目的探讨髓过氧化物酶(MPO)、空腹血糖在糖尿病微血管病变而导致的糖尿病肾病机制中的作用以及其相关性的研究。方法分别选择30例糖尿病肾病(DN)和32例糖尿病初期未发生微血管病变的住院糖尿病病人(DM)为观察组,38例健康体检者为正常对照组,分别检测观察组及正常对照组的MPO及空腹血糖,然后进行分析。结果 DN组血清中MPO和空腹血糖水平均显著高于正常对照组,有显著性差异(P<0.01),DN组MPO与DM组比较,有显著性差异(P<0.01);DM组MPO与正常对照组比较,无显著性差异(P>0.05),空腹血糖与正常对照组比较,有显著性差异(P<0.01),DN组空腹血糖水平与MPO呈正相关(r=0.86,t=7.35,P<0.01)。结论 MPO在糖尿病微血管病变机制中起着十分重要的作用,且与空腹血糖呈正相关,检测MPO及空腹血糖浓度,对于糖尿病并发微血管病变的预防和治疗,减少微血管病变的发病率,提高DM患者的生活质量具有重要的意义。
Objective To investigate the role of myeloperoxidase (MPO) and fasting blood glucose in the pathogenesis of diabetic nephropathy induced by diabetic microangiopathy and its correlation. Methods Thirty diabetic nephropathy (DN) and 32 diabetic patients (DM) without microangiopathy were selected as the observation group and 38 healthy controls as the normal control group. The levels of MPO in the observation group and the normal control group were detected respectively And fasting blood glucose, and then analyzed. Results The serum levels of MPO and fasting blood glucose in DN group were significantly higher than those in normal control group (P <0.01), and there was significant difference between DN group and MP group (P <0.01) The level of fasting blood glucose in DN group was positively correlated with MPO (r = 0.86, t = 7.35, P <0.01), and there was no significant difference between normal control group and normal control group (P> 0.05) , P <0.01). Conclusions MPO plays an important role in the pathogenesis of diabetic microvascular disease. It has a positive correlation with fasting blood glucose, MPO and fasting blood glucose levels, preventing and treating diabetic microangiopathy, reducing the incidence of microangiopathy and increasing DM Quality of life is of great importance.
