目的检测胰腺癌中p-STAT3和cyclinE蛋白表达情况,探讨其在胰腺癌发生、发展中的作用、及其与临床肿瘤指标的关系。方法用免疫组化二步法对45例手术切除的胰腺癌组织和20例癌旁正常胰腺组织中p-STAT3和cyclinE的蛋白表达进行检测。结果 p-STAT3在胰腺癌组织中存在高表达(80.0%),显著高于癌旁正常组织,与临床分期及淋巴结转移有关(P<0.05);cyclinE蛋白阳性表达率在胰腺癌组织中为(77.8%),显著高于癌旁胰腺组织(P<0.05),并与胰腺癌组织分化程度和淋巴结转移均有关。p-STAT3和cyclinE蛋白的阳性表达呈正相关(r=0.401,P<0.006)。二者的表达与患者的性别、年龄、肿瘤部位无相关性(P>0.05)。结论胰腺癌组织中p-STAT3和cyclinE表达与正常胰腺组织有显著差异,p-STAT3和cyclinE蛋白表达呈正相关(r=0.401,P<0.006),两者在胰腺癌的发生发展过程中起重要作用。
Objective To detect the expression of p-STAT3 and cyclinE protein in pancreatic cancer, and to explore the role of p-STAT3 and cyclinE in the development and progression of pancreatic cancer and its relationship with clinical tumor markers. Methods The protein expressions of p-STAT3 and cyclinE in 45 cases of resected pancreatic cancer tissues and 20 cases of adjacent normal pancreatic tissues were detected by immunohistochemical two-step method. Results The expression of p-STAT3 was significantly higher in pancreatic cancer (80.0%) than that in adjacent normal tissues (P <0.05). The positive rate of cyclinE protein in pancreatic cancer tissues was ( 77.8%), which was significantly higher than that in adjacent non-cancerous pancreatic tissues (P <0.05), which was related to the degree of pancreatic cancer differentiation and lymph node metastasis. The positive expression of p-STAT3 and cyclinE protein were positively correlated (r = 0.401, P <0.006). There was no correlation between the expression and the patient’s sex, age and tumor location (P> 0.05). Conclusions The expressions of p-STAT3 and cyclinE in pancreatic cancer tissues are significantly different from those in normal pancreatic tissues. The expressions of p-STAT3 and cyclinE protein are positively correlated (r = 0.401, P <0.006), both of which play an important role in the development of pancreatic cancer effect.
