主要研究薄规格低合金结构钢板S355J0冲击不合的原因。通过对显微组织、冲击断口和夹杂物能谱分析,得出严重带状组织、中心偏析及混晶现象是导致钢板冲击不合的主要因素。
The main research thin gauge low alloy structural steel S355J0 impact of different reasons. By analyzing the energy spectrum of microstructure, impact fracture and inclusion, it is concluded that serious banded structure, center segregation and mixed grain growth are the main factors that lead to the impact of steel plate.
