新闻背景:目前,我国高档奢侈品发展迅猛。我们这个人均国民收入世界排名百位之外的发展中国家,竟成为世界第三大奢侈品消费国,以致国家不得不对高档奢侈品征以重税,来引导合理消费。
News background: At present, China’s high-end luxury goods develop rapidly. Our developing country with a per capita income of more than 100 places in the world ranks as the third largest consumer of luxury goods in the world. As a result, the country has to impose heavy taxes on high-end luxury goods to guide reasonable consumption.
