肺上沟癌系一种位于胸腔入口的特殊类型肺癌,也叫Pancost瘤。我院自1979年10月至1990年12月共收治肺上沟癌30例,现将治疗结果作一分析。 1 临床资料 本组30例均为男性,年龄为40～60岁,高峰年龄为50～60岁,占80％以上,全组病例均有病侧肩背部疼痛,上臂麻痛,有4例锁骨上淋巴结肿大,X线片显示肋骨受侵20例。全组病例均经细胞学或组织病理学证实,(其中锁骨上肿块穿刺细胞学阳性4例,肺穿细胞学阳性20例,术后病理证实6例),其中鳞状上皮癌26例,腺癌4例。 2 治疗方法 单纯外照射治疗20例,其中8例配合化疗,手术加
Pulmonary epithelial cancer is a special type of lung cancer located at the entrance of the chest, also known as Pancostoma. In our hospital from October 1979 to December 1990, a total of 30 patients with supra-pulmonary sulcus cancer were treated.
