一笔者学校是一所九年一贯制学校,目前在校学生700多人,家庭性质主要分两部分:本地居民(农民或菜农)及进城务工人员,其中进城务工人员子女占将近一半人数的比例,这种学生结构是城郊结合部学校生源组成的典型现象。由于笔者分管学校德育工作,几乎每天都要处理各种学生事务,和不同性格的学生或家长交流,谈话过程中笔者发现城郊学生的心理常常具有以下特点:(1)学习积极性差,目的不明确;(2)具有不良情绪及性格;(3)学习和行为习惯较差,遇事缺乏耐心;
