应用酶标免疫组化与免疫电镜方法在14例慢性炎症扁桃体中观察了不同种类(γ球蛋白、IgG、IgM、IgA)的SIg与CIg阳性细胞的分布。浆细胞除分布在上皮附近与淋巴滤泡之间外,CIgM~+与CIgA~+浆细胞还常出现在淋巴滤泡外套层,尤其是其冠部。分泌不同Ig的浆细胞,其内质网的形态不尽相同,其中CIgA浆细胞独具特点。B细胞分布在淋巴细胞外套层,除了较多见的SIgM+B细胞外,还有少量SIgA+与SIgG+B细胞。在上述浆细胞反应部位也可见到这三种B细胞。
The distribution of SIg and CIg positive cells of different types (γ globulin, IgG, IgM, IgA) were observed in 14 chronic inflammatory tonsils by enzyme immunohistochemistry and immunoelectron microscopy. In addition to the distribution of plasma cells in the vicinity of the epithelium and lymphoid follicles, CIgM ~ + and CIgA ~ + plasma cells are often found in the lymphatic follicular coat, especially the crown. The secretion of Ig plasma cells, the morphology of the endoplasmic reticulum varies, including CIgA plasma cells unique. B cells distributed in the lymphocyte coat layer, in addition to the more common SIgM + B cells, there are a small amount of SIgA + and SIgG + B cells. These three B cells are also visible at the plasmacytoid sites.
