目的:观察缺氧预处理对家兔血管平滑肌细胞缺氧-复氧损伤的影响。方法:采用血管平滑肌细胞缺氧-复氧模型,用短暂缺氧进行预处理。结果:缺氧预处理能提高缺氧-复氧后血管平滑肌细胞存活率(p<0.01)、减少细胞丙二醛产生(P<0.01)及乳酸脱氢酶的漏出(P<0.01)。结论:离体血管平滑肌细胞存在着预处理保护现象。
Objective: To observe the effect of hypoxia preconditioning on hypoxia-reoxygenation injury of vascular smooth muscle cells in rabbits. Methods: The hypoxia - reoxygenation model of vascular smooth muscle cells was used to pretreat with hypoxia. Results: Hypoxic preconditioning increased the survival rate of vascular smooth muscle cells (P <0.01) and decreased the malondialdehyde (MDA) production (P <0.01) and lactate dehydrogenase (P < 0.01). Conclusion: Pre-treatment protection exists in isolated vascular smooth muscle cells.
