终身教育作为一种新型的教育理念来说,一经问世就得到了世界各国教育学者的广泛关注,并将其作为现代教育活动中的重要指导思想。以高职学生所应具备的关键能力作为切入点,结合笔者自身经验总结出了几点高职院校在终身教育理念下的改革建议,其中包括体现学生职业能力培养中的人本化与科学化、积极创新学生职业能力的培养模式以及创建更多有利于学生职业能力培养的教学条件等等。
Lifelong education, as a new type of educational philosophy, has drawn the widespread attention of educational scholars from all over the world when it comes out and serves as an important guiding ideology in modern educational activities. Based on the author’s own experience, this paper summarizes the reform proposals of higher vocational colleges under the concept of lifelong education, including the demonstration of humanism and science in the cultivation of students’ vocational competence And actively innovate students ’vocational ability training mode and create more teaching conditions conducive to the cultivation of students’ professional ability and so on.
