共同富裕是社会主义的根本目的和本质要求,然而迄今为止我们还没有一种关于共同富裕的明确定义。许多学者习惯于把“允许一部分地区、一部分人先富起来,先富带后富,最终达到共同富裕”的论断当作共同富裕的定义加以传授,而实际上这只是邓小平对共同富裕实现步骤的一种构想。如果我们连什么是共同富裕都没有搞清楚,那么我们又怎样去实现它?因此,对共同富裕的定义进行一番求解是一件十分必要的事情。
The common prosperity is the fundamental purpose and essential requirement of socialism. However, so far we have not had a clear definition of common prosperity. Many scholars are accustomed to teaching the thesis that “allowing some areas and some of the people to get rich first, getting rich first and then rich and eventually to achieve common prosperity,” as a definition of common prosperity. In fact, this is just Deng Xiaoping’s steps toward common prosperity A concept. If we do not even understand what is common prosperity, how can we achieve it? Therefore, it is absolutely necessary to solve the definition of common prosperity.
