笔者认为医院宣传工作有四大任务:一是文化传播。以有温度的触动灵魂的实例让正确的价值观入耳、入心、入脑,凝聚共识,弘扬医学正能量。二是品牌塑造。医院的品牌塑造是一个系统长期的工程,宣传工作就是通过各种方式来提升医院的品牌知名度和美誉度。三是传播科普知识,服务大众健康。四是舆情监测,维护医院形象。北京大学肿瘤医院宣传工作围绕“建设患者首选的国际化肿瘤集团中心”的建院目标,以构建和谐医患关系为重点,坚持唱响主旋律,做到内聚人心,外树形象,
I believe there are four major tasks for hospital advocacy: First, cultural transmission.
