在医院的领导实践活动中,院长能否成功地进行有效领导,意味着院长能否成功地驾驭了医院“领导场”中的各种分支力量。这种驾双领导艺术要吸收和吸引他人作用力的方向,把各种不同步不同向的作用力纳入医院领导过程中,才能形成推进医院发展进程的合力。现今各级医院领导管理者都在积极探索这种提高管理效力的领导艺术。本文旨在探讨医院院长在医院“领导场”中借用他人力量,从而提高领导效力的现象。仅供各级医院管理者参考、借鉴。
