茶余饭后,当几个同行围坐在一起聊起工作中的酸甜苦辣时,大家总会发出共同的心声:当班主任实在是太苦、太累、太烦……特别是小学低段的班主任。现在的孩子需要管理他们的地方太多了:大到世界观的形成,小到坐立行走行为习惯的培养,样样都得运筹帷幄,亲力亲为。但如果都由班主任事事躬亲,面面俱到,那班主任就真成了孩子的保姆,既让自己陷于琐碎繁杂的事务中,又不利于学生的自我管理与成长。为此,我一直在思索:
