省粮油科技学会于’96年5月15～16日在哈尔滨召开了第二届第三次理事会议。会上总结了1995年度学会工作,同时安排了1996年工作计划;会议交流了出席国际粮油加工、粮油储藏专业学术会议上发表的论文与赴美国、日本考察的心得、体会以及为建设农业强省而征集的论文和为实现粮食企业“两个根本性转变”的典型经验。 这次会议还奖励了8名“有突出贡献的科技奖金获得者”;29名学会工作积极分子;10篇优秀论文的31名作者。 参加本次理事会的代表共56人,其中理
Provincial Institute of Cereals and Oils Science and Technology held a second session of the third council in Harbin on May 15-16.
