现代材料科学研究已进入到超微结构的观察,从而对材料性能与结构的相互关系有了更充分的了解,为合理利用与加工提供依据。我们现就东北重要树种红松和落叶松木材细胞壁的超微结构,用透射电镜作了初步观察,而且着重观察了管胞壁上的纹孔。因为纹孔是树木生活及木材加工中液体流动的通道,对木材干燥、湿胀、木材改性处理、木材化学加工等许多工艺性能均有影响。
Modern material science research has entered into the observation of the ultrastructure, so that the relationship between material properties and structure has been more fully understood, providing the basis for rational use and processing. We are now on the northeast important tree species pine and larch wood cell wall ultrastructure, made preliminary observations with a transmission electron microscope, and focused on the tube cell wall pits. Because pits are the channels for liquid flow in tree life and wood processing, they affect many process properties such as wood drying, wet bulking, wood modification, wood chemical processing, and the like.
