本文通过沙门氏菌回复突变试验（Ames试验），小鼠骨髓嗜多染红细胞微核试验及小鼠精子畸形试验的检测．探讨朱砂莲有无致突变潜在毒性。结果表明在本试验剂量范围内未观测到朱砂莲对体细胞及生殖细胞的潜在致突变作用。
In this paper, the Salmonella reverse mutation test (Ames test), micronucleus test of bone marrow polychromatic erythrocytes in mice and sperm abnormality test in mice were performed. To investigate the potential toxicity of C. cinnabarinus mutagenicity. The results showed that the potential mutagenic effects of C. sphaerocephala on somatic cells and germ cells were not observed within the dose range of this experiment.
