针对中国钢铁厂煤气资源回收与利用现状,用吨钢煤气回收率和吨钢煤气燃耗指标评价了不同规模高炉-转炉流程下煤气的富余程度。通过完善煤气回收工艺增加煤气回收量,采用蓄热燃烧、热装热送和连铸连轧等节能技术降低煤气消耗,同时加强煤气管理,建立以煤气监控、预测、分析决策和优化调度等功能为一体的实时监控及信息管理系统提高煤气回收与利用水平。就富余煤气利用问题,提出了富余煤气缓冲与利用策略,并从煤气发电和化工利用角度探讨了不同规模钢铁厂煤气发电方式和煤气的化工利用。
Aiming at the current situation of gas resource recovery and utilization in China’s steel plant, the degree of surplus of coal gas under different scale blast furnace-converter processes was evaluated by the recovery rate per ton of steel gas and the burnup index of gas per ton of steel. By improving gas recovery process to increase gas recovery, the use of regenerative combustion, hot charging and continuous casting and rolling and other energy-saving technologies to reduce gas consumption, while strengthening gas management, the establishment of gas monitoring, prediction, analysis and optimization and scheduling functions As one of the real-time monitoring and information management systems to improve the level of gas recovery and utilization. Based on the utilization of surplus gas, the strategy of buffer and utilization of surplus gas is put forward. The utilization of coal gas power generation system and gas in different sizes are discussed from the angle of gas power generation and chemical utilization.
