目的观察激素在带状疱疹治疗中的临床疗效。方法应用抗病毒药和对症治疗的同时,早期、足量、正规联合应用糖皮质激素。结果激素可以使带状疱疹神经痛迅速缓解和消除,皮损早日消退,病程缩短,降低后遗神经痛的发生率,能有效的改善带状疱疹患者的生活质量。结论应用糖皮质激素治疗带状疱疹能够取得显著的疗效,但也应注意其副作用。
Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of hormones in the treatment of shingles. Methods Antiviral drugs and symptomatic treatment at the same time, early, adequate, formal combination of glucocorticoid. Results Hormone can quickly relieve and eliminate herpes zoster neuralgia, skin lesions as soon as possible, shorten the course of the disease and reduce the incidence of post-natal neuralgia, can effectively improve the quality of life of patients with shingles. Conclusion The application of glucocorticoids in the treatment of shingles can achieve a significant effect, but should also pay attention to its side effects.
