从ＨＰＶ基因组Ｌ１区段选择了大多数亚型均具有的保守序列，借助计算机检索验证，设计出一对适用于检测１７种ＨＰＶ亚型的引物。并应用该引物对５１例病理诊断为尖锐湿疣（ＣＡ）的标本进行了ＰＣＲ扩增检测。结果表明，其可一次性完成对多种ＨＰＶ亚型感染的检测，检测覆盖面宽，漏检率低，对ＣＡ的诊断确有较好的应用价值。
A conservative sequence of most of the subtypes was selected from the L1 genomic region of HPV and a pair of primers suitable for the detection of 17 HPV subtypes was designed by computer search and verification. Fifty-one specimens with condyloma acuminata (CA) pathologically diagnosed by PCR were detected by PCR. The results show that it can be a one-time completion of a variety of HPV subtypes of infection detection, detection coverage is wide, low detection rate, the diagnosis of CA does have a good value.
