传统的煤炭采样机存在一定的问题,为了提高整体的工作效率,保证采样的质量,降低采样过程中的能源消耗,在对机械臂传动系统优化设计中,先建立相应的优化模型,然后应用ADAMS系统和MATLAB系统进行联合仿真,完成优化设计后对其运行的各项参数进行对比分析,发现机械臂的总体质量下降,不同关节的力矩波动减小,有效提高了机械臂传动系统的平稳。
The traditional coal sampling machine has some problems. In order to improve the overall work efficiency, ensure the quality of sampling and reduce the energy consumption in the sampling process, in the optimal design of the mechanical transmission system, first to establish the corresponding optimization model, and then use ADAMS System and MATLAB system to carry on the co-simulation. After the optimized design is finished, it compares and analyzes the parameters of its operation. It finds that the overall quality of the manipulator decreases and the torque fluctuation of different joints decreases, which effectively improves the stability of the manipulator drive system.
