细菌L型所致的慢性骨髓炎,国内文献报告校少。自1989年以来,我们从14例慢性骨髓炎患者的标本中,分离出细菌L型8栋,现报告如下。材料与方法 (一)一般资料:14例患者中男性10例;女生4例:年龄18～52岁,平均32.5岁。其中左腔骨4例。右胫骨3例,右股骨2例,左股骨2例,右肱骨1例,第一跖骨1例,双胫骨1例。病程2～30年,平均6年,12例有急性血源性骨髓炎病史,X线片均符合慢性骨髓炎诊断。所有病人均手术治疗。
Chronic osteomyelitis caused by bacterial L type, few domestic school reports. Since 1989, we isolated 8 strains of L-type bacteria from 14 specimens of patients with chronic osteomyelitis and are reported as follows. Materials and methods (a) General information: 14 patients in 10 males; 4 girls: aged 18 to 52 years, mean 32.5 years old. In which 4 cases of left cavity. 3 cases of right tibia, 2 cases of right femur, 2 cases of left femur, 1 case of right humerus, 1 case of first metatarsal, 1 case of double tibia. Duration of 2 to 30 years, an average of 6 years, 12 patients had a history of acute blood-derived osteomyelitis, X-ray films are in line with the diagnosis of chronic osteomyelitis. All patients were surgically treated.
