为适应社会的发展,适应医学模式的转变,自1996年以来,本院根据护理队伍学历低、职称低、知识面窄、缺乏优良的护士形象等现状,进行了全面的、规范的、系统的综合素质教育,取得良好效应。主要体会是:护理综合素质教育,是一个任重而道远的任务,必须持之以恒;更新观念,重新认识目前医疗市场的需要,发挥全体人员潜能,全身心投入教育行列;根据各个时期的形势、各个阶段的要求、各层次人员的素质,制定相应的教育目标和计划,定期评价修正。
In order to adapt to the social development and adapt to the change of medical model, since 1996, the hospital has conducted a comprehensive, standardized and systematic process based on the current status of nursing teams with low academic qualifications, low professional titles, narrow knowledge, and lack of an excellent nurse image.
