针对《宏观经济周期波动在适度高位的平滑化》一文片面引证马克思的有关论述,把资本主义周期性经济危机的根源错误地归结为机器大工业的产生和发展以及与之相关的固定资本的更新,提出马克思认为资本主义周期性经济危机的根源是资本主义生产方式的基本矛盾。还提出,该文片面依据产业结构变动而得出的工业化中期是经济波动幅度最大时期的结论,既不符合资本主义经济发展史,也不符合新中国经济发展史。
Aiming at the “smoothing of the moderately high volatility of the macroeconomic cycle”, this article cites the related expositions of Marx from the perspective of mistaking the root causes of the cyclical economic crisis in capitalism for the emergence and development of the machine-large industry and the related fixed capital renewal. Put forward that Marx believes that the root cause of the cyclical economic crisis of capitalism is the basic contradiction of the capitalist mode of production. He also proposed that the article concludes that the mid-term industrialization based on a change in the industrial structure in a piecemeal manner is the most significant period of economic fluctuation. It neither conforms to the history of capitalist economic development nor is it in conformity with the history of economic development in new China.
